How Free Are You Today? Caroline and I were driving around downtown this afternoon for some shopping at Ranch Market and to check out Grand Avenue after hearing on NPR about a developing art community near Grand and Van Buren Street. We came across this mural on a side street between some of the galleries. Saturday early afternoon in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, is a Ghost Town; even Starbucks was closed. If you are visiting on a weekend – stay away.
